By using this site, you agree to these terms and applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Site content is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for veterinary care. FDA has not approved CBD for use in animals. Companion Pet Company products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your veterinarian before use, especially if your pet has a health condition or takes medication.

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary, and will notify the purchaser when an accepted order is affected.

New orders are one-time purchases. Checkout does not enroll customers in automatic deliveries or recurring charges. New subscription enrollment is currently unavailable.

For an existing subscription, the enrolled product and quantity renew every 30 days at the fixed merchandise unit price displayed and accepted at enrollment, with free standard shipping and applicable tax recalculated for each shipment. That fixed merchandise price will not increase unless the customer affirmatively accepts a change. One-time products in the first order do not renew, and there is no minimum subscription term.

Customers can cancel immediately online using the secure manage link in an order page, initial receipt, renewal notice, renewal receipt, or annual reminder. To prevent a scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed before its payment is submitted; an order whose payment was already submitted may still finish processing, while all later renewals remain stopped. Support can also help with cancellation, pausing, or resuming. A different product or quantity can be purchased as a one-time order. New subscription enrollment, shipment skipping, and other delivery frequencies are not currently offered.

The site, brand names, logos, product images, copy, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Companion Pet Company. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Companion Pet Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the store or legal requirements change; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
