Standard shipping is free on every Companion Pet Company order, with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship within the United States.
Orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona. Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Tracking and delivery
When an order ships, we send tracking information to the email address supplied at checkout. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us so we can help investigate it with the carrier.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you or your pet are not satisfied, contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving the order. We will confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate return or refund instructions.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and a photo of the package or product. We will review the issue and make it right.
