If your order receipt or renewal email includes a secure “Manage or cancel subscription” link, open it to review your plan and cancel future renewals online.
Email me a secure management link
Enter the email address and order number shown on your receipt. If they match an eligible subscription, we will send a link that expires in 30 minutes.
No secure link, or using an older subscription?
Email our support team with your order number and ask us to cancel future renewals. This request option works for both current and older billing systems. Never send card numbers, security codes, or other payment details by email.
